Aiiiiiii~~~
Oh Well...
Kinda bored most of the whole week.... =(
Sent my resume and gone for a couple of interviews... And yet, I'm hesitating...
Coz, I realised most of the jobs and interviews I went for are all Customer Service ala phone operator.... =(
Do I want to spend the rest of my life in CS? Maybe...
Do I want to spend the rest of my life as a phone operator? No!!!
So shitty.... I want to be in customer service but I don't want to call...
Well... Think I need to relook at the positions that I want to apply for...
I'm sick of customer service line le anyway...
Out of boredom, I decided to have a new me!
Sooooo, Thursday was action-packed! =)
Went for:
- Hair-cut (Hate the look though... SHORT...)
- Went for a shopping spree! Spent about $500+ there... (lol~)
- Went for a walk at IMM... Originally to shop for a bag and shoes... Found neither... :(
- Went to Daiso, bought a few stuff... I love Daiso~! =)
Still lacking:
- Shoes
- Bags
- Dunnoe what not... hahaha~
Came home at about 5+PM to know my ah ma in hospital... Seems like got a mild stroke... So, off to the TSH hospital with mom without dinner...
Anyway, I went there to learn of the following:
- Hospital food really kills the appetite.
No wonder it's a well-known fact hospital food sucks... Bleh~ I looked at the food my ah ma got and my stomach started churning... God~!
- Hospital stays are boring.
Yah... Boring... 6 beds a section, no youngsters, no tv, no music, no entertainment.
Boring...... Now I know why my mom wanted me to get a portable TV cum DVD player and not a DVD player.... Boring lor...
- No Doctors
Well, for the 3 hours my mom and I were there, we did not see any doctors...
Wonder what the hell happened to all the doctors in the hospital since my ah ma's position was a row away from the door and in front of the counter and yet, I did not see any doctor doing a round... ... =(
End up cancelling my Friday movie and Saturday ice-cream sessions... Paiseh ah people... Fly you all kite... :(
Friday
Friday was a like a total stunner!!!!!!!
Other than going to the hospital with mom in the evening again,I received a call suddenly from XXX company in the afternoon, asking me about the resume I sent like... 1 month+ ago, on 30 July, to be exact...
Anyway, the job is still not confirmed, coz still got selection process and stuff...
But once confirmed, I will be sponsored by the company for studies... It'll be the half-study, half work type.
The best part?
I don't have to pay for the course ($8000 plus) and I also get paid to work~!
Must jia you for the selection round though....
Heard the selection's tough... =(
Well, of course, there will be a bond period, since the company is sponsoring me... So, end up, I will spend the next three years with the company... :)
I really hope I get the job and studies though...
Who cares about the bond period~
