Expectations...
Maybe I should be REALLY realistic for once....
Getting sick of feedbacking for all to my boss and yet, everytime, NO ONE wants to raise up any points at each meeting at all...
Am getting the ME==BAD GUY: everytime feedback so many things but why the rest of the team no feedback, so is it true?? vibes now....
Damn it... Again, today, I became pai gia (bad guy)... During meeting, boss was feedbacking on the dying product that just refuses to die (like a 打不死的蟑螂), among other issues... Informed him we are already overloaded, why waste paper and print out cases to throw into our queue whereby if we don't know, we still have to pend and wait until YYY comes back then we settle????? (Also forgot to inform him since I come in for 1 year le, only NOW then we see our numbers drop to double digits...)... YEAH... 1 year== numbers drop to double digits!!! :(
What with that product getting more and more shitty like our current workload, with more and more disputes and waivers to do...
Now we have to handle that product via paper escalation as well??
Damn it... Again, as usual, no one wants to feedback... All sit there accept their new fate....
Hello!!!! Our pay (however miserable and yet higher than the rest) does not warrant us to cover ALL products now except mobile issues, ok!?!?!??!
Then, he also tells us to not accept any more private parking of other people's cases into our own queue... Be it drafting or retrival of emails...

We depend on each other for help... If we don't lend people help when they need it, when we need help, you think people will even bother to think of helping us meh???
Damn it... Then he told us there's this AAA who complains on our writing skills.... This is not the first time AAA is making waves lor... The last time he also anyhow park his request via email then in the end, it's still escalated to us lackeys here to do for him because boss assigns us to clear his shit...
When we wanted to complain, boss say cannot, must give face coz he's leaving...
@#$%^&* He's leaving so we cannot complain him and must still help him????? Then because he can come back hit us with his shit, so we must not receive any more private cases so as to be fair to all coz he everytime anyhow park his request and you all still entertain him????

People anyhow whack their case/anyhow escalate, this I accept; people ask me for help, I help at my own expense... I don't request for a payback, because I believe that if I can settle it, I might as well settle for them now...
I try not to ask anyone for help unless really no choice, coz I feel it's not fair and nice to bother people I know with the cases that are not even not related to them in the first place even if the issue started from their side, not them...
But to stop me from helping any more, I can only say,"Sorry boss... I don't think this place fits me anymore..."
Then now, boss is planning to hit back at our behind-the-scenes people...
What the hell!!! Whatever my feelings I have for them, I still work with them at the end of the day... Besides, I don't even have any issues with them... Heck, I even chat with one of them everytime... So now, because AAA starts the ball running, we follow suit and hit them all coz they don't always handle our request on time and sometimes they also abit guai lan?????
#$%^&* Really disgusted with all of this... Instead of even solving what needs to be solved in the first place, we end up starting to hit everyone we are not happy with so as to make a better world for all....

It's already beyond disappointment for me to work for this company...
I was already disappointed with my department's processing methods to begin with when I wanted to resign this month...
But because of a promise that changes are on the way and life is going to be better, the naive me believed the words and stayed on...
Less than a month after I took back my letter, now we have to take over the stupid product via paper escalations as well and start hitting back at everyone, because AAA started the ball running....
Huh?!?!?!?
If these are the changes that are promised, sad to say, there isn't a point even worth considering to stay anymore...
I am so damn lucky I REFUSED that stupid I/C promotion from the start when boss asked...
I am already covering all the stupid products... That position will only be redundant, make me feel bad all the more and become an even easier target for people from all sides to hit back if they are not happy with my department (WHICH I ALREADY AM NOT HAPPY WITH)...
I am not THAT good to begin with... I can ALWAYS be replaced by a new person who will just take that damn pay and do ALL the products because the "it has always been like this" logic has started...
I'm also sick of being the pai gia le.... Why should I even bother standing up for my team everytime when they themselves do not even bother and don't even want to stand up for themselves??
Well, the department and the company has completely dropped to notch zero on my scale...
Guess I better start flipping the papers then...
