Double Whammy mood...
WooHoooO~! Just read the newspaper this morning and....
Yay~! Curtin University of Technology is opening up a branch here soon!
Finally too!!!

Now I understand that patience IS rewarding! LOL~

Since overseas studies is like, OUT, because of financial constraint, I sincerely hope AND pray Curtin University of Technology will NOT be like UNSW Asia... (*Prays*)
Anyway, since I got ABSOLUTELY no idea what I want to study, guess I shall see what Curtin University of Technology can offer....
But then, give or take, I can somehow predict what courses they will provide though... My take?
Courses that Singapore will need, courses that are general... Like Business? Marketing, Finance, Accounting... You get the drift.
Courses like Astronomy (How you going to see stars in SG will be a wonder in the first place), Anthropology Major, for example, will be definitely missing here as Singapore will not need these to survive.... Sigh~
At the rate I'm going, I'll probably need to work straight about 10 years + (read: 10+ years) before I will be able to go overseas... PROVIDED the course fees and currency doesn't get ANY higher anyway...
Well, in 10 years, who can guarantee I want to study anymore, much less even be alive??!~
Well, there goes my overseas studies dream... Sigh...
Anyway, I think I need to do some self-reflection on the following:
1. What I want/need,
2. What I really, really want/need,
Somewhat in this order...
1. What I want/need
Hmm... What else? Money, money and more money! lol~ (Typical reaction~ Hehehehe~)
Go overseas study........ (Anything~! Am desperate~! (Just joking!))
2. What I really, really want/need
1. To get out of my shitty job (but still need the money first and another job)
2. Get a degree soon (degrees are the norm now, no longer for the rich and privilege)
3. A holiday~! (Somewhere!! ANYWHERE!!! UNfortunately, leave freeze in company is ongoing until May! *%^$&*_ :( )
Sigh... Talking about point 3 is like *&^^$%&*...
In case you don't understand the meaning of the characters, they represent the curses and swearings.
My company has now officially DECLARE leave freeze... Until May officially anyway... Man~~~~
The way I see it? UNofficially, it will be until July, give or take... what with the Euro this June, July will kio sai...
^&$$%^&*... Man... I think I really need to do something about my life....
I am NOT happy with my job anymore...
What with power grabbing issues in my department, MORE people leaving ( I am already predicting until this August), as well as the issue of my boss leaving me 100% in charge of some product (that should already be scrapped off in the first place!) that I do NOT even know how to operate the system work abouts and processes.....
God, Lord, Buddha... Where are you now?!
Sigh...
Damn, tomorrow I've still gotta work...
